On the horizon, trouble?

Even though Blake and Gwen's circumstances appear to be favorable, every rose has a thorn. Although Gwen has also experienced divorce before, Blake has a history of them. Outside of her partnership, Gwen has had some difficulties as a result of her orchestrating an audience rush to the stage at one of her concerts, which resulted in at least one injury. Gwen has gotten herself involved in a lawsuit over the fractured limb as a result of her instigation.

Many were watching Blake to see how he would respond when Miranda broke some major news. Blake's friend spoke up for him, though. "He put Miranda in his back view mirror long ago," the friend continued. Miranda does not improve his life in any way. He moved on when their marriage broke up. He has been thankful ever since. Miranda had a significant secret to divulge soon after announcing her new relationship with a shady-looking New York City police officer named Brendan McLoughlin. She made the decision to announce their three-week-long covert marriage to McLoughlin this past Valentine's Day.
